Wash Suite

A sitting room set one step below the bed, so the two halves of the room read as separate without a wall having to say so.

The window runs the length of the sitting room and looks down the wash — the dry channel the resort is named for. After rain it carries water for a day or two, and the floor of the valley goes green for a fortnight.
