A single robotic work cell in a dark fabrication shop, one arm poised over a fixture table.

BUILT BY ARMS. RUN BY CODE.

Robotic fabrication cells for manufacturers who make real things.

ONE CELL AT A TIME.

GANTRY builds robotic fabrication cells and puts them on the floor of the shop that will run them. A cell is one working unit — arms, fixtures, tooling, controls, and the program that sequences them — sized to the parts you already make.

We work in the middle of the market: shops that have outgrown one-off manual work but cannot justify a fixed line. The cell takes the repeatable half of a job so your people spend their hours on the half where judgement still decides the outcome.

Every cell is handed over with the program that runs it, the fixtures it was proved on, and a technician who stays until your operators are the ones starting the shift.

Three identical robotic cells along a dark shop aisle, each pooled in its own work light.

THE CELL

A cell is one enclosure, one controller, one program, and the fixtures that make a part repeatable inside it. Everything else — which arms, which tooling, which scanner — is chosen after we know what the part needs.

It arrives as a unit, it is commissioned as a unit, and it is yours to move when the floor plan changes.

PROCESS

Four steps from the first visit to the second cell. The pilot is the decision point, and it is designed so that stopping there is a real option.

  1. 01ASSESS

We come to the shop and watch the operation you want to hand over — prints, sequence, fixtures, floor space, power, and the people who would run the cell. You get a layout and a straight read on which operations suit a cell and which do not.

  2. 02PILOT CELL

One cell, your parts, a fixed scope. It runs a real batch on your floor with our technician beside it. Nothing is committed beyond the pilot — if the operation does not suit a cell, that is a finding, not a failure.

  3. 03RUN

Handover is people, not paperwork. Your operators start the shift, load the fixture and read the cell. We stay on the floor through the first production weeks and leave the programs, the fixtures and the maintenance intervals in your hands.

  4. 04SCALE

When a second cell makes sense it is a copy of the first — same controls, same program structure, same spares on the shelf. What your people learned running one carries across without a new vocabulary.

PUT AN ARM ON IT.

Send a print and the operation you would hand over first. We will tell you whether it belongs in a cell before anyone talks about a quote.
